Your email should include the following details:
Type of appearance: Virtual, phone, or in-person
Name and nature of your event/platform
Preferred date(s) and time zone
Duration of appearance
Contact person and phone number
💼 Terms for In-Person Appearances
In-person events must provide:
✈️ Round-trip travel
🏨 Hotel accommodations
🍽️ Meal & beverage compensation
📣 Promotion Requirements (All Events)
To confirm Rubbizfire’s availability and reserve time on her calendar, all event hosts must agree to the following:
Promote Rubbizfire’s appearance using her approved photo
Include a link to www.Rubbizfire.com in all promotional content
Tag or mention Rubbizfire on your relevant platforms or promotions
Provide promotion start dates for her team to cross-promote
💸 In person Appearance Compensation
💰 $150/hour (Minimum 4 hours per event) = $600 paid via Zelle or PayPal
Compensation covers both appearance time and Q&A /reading time
In exchange, Rubbizfire will offer:
🎁 Free mini-readings during the scheduled appearance
🎉 Four (4) private 15-minute phone readings to be auctioned or raffled off to your audience
📺 Specific Event Types & Details
📚 Blog, Newspaper, Calendar, or Magazine:
Must promote Rubbizfire with her chosen photo
Must include link to www.Rubbizfire.com
4 private 15-minute phone readings will be offered to your readers or followers who connect with her after the feature
🎙️ Podcast, Video, or Phone-Based Event:
Promote with photo + website link
4 private 15-minute phone readings will be raffled to your listeners/viewers

Media features and events are subject to her availability
All bookings require a minimum of 7–14 days notice (unless otherwise agreed) If you're in need of Emergency in person appearance with in 1 - 5 days this will require compensation of $1200 for 4 hours of blocked off Calander. To be paid via Zelle or PayPal
