All emergency appointments are booked by Arizona Time (MST)

All sales are final — no refunds

Sales tax of 8.6% applies

Unused or banked minutes from ER sessions can be saved for future ER session use

Banked minutes must be used within 90 days of purchase






15 minutes = $100.00
30 minutes = $150.00
60 minutes = $ 200.00
